1. CLEANSE:

Choose a cleanser suitable for your skin and wash your face twice a day.

2. MOISTURISE :

Using the right moisturiser for your skin type is equally important. Face oils and moisturizers both hydrate the skin, but they have different compositions and textures. Face oils are oil-based and can provide long-lasting moisture, while moisturizers are water-based and evaporate more quickly. You can use both face oils and moisturizers in your skincare routine. The best choice for you depends on your skin type and needs.

3. EYE SERUM:

The skin around the eyes is more fragile, drier and quicker to show ageing and fatigue. Constant movement of the eye also hasten the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and fluids under the eyes can cause puffiness and dark eye circles.

Eye serums can address some of these issues, from dryness to puffiness and hyperpigmentation.

4. SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen is the most essential part of skincare

The sun’s UV rays break down collagen, disrupt the skin’s barrier function and can accelerate skin ageing. This can result in the formation of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as hyperpigmentation.

Choose a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin and make sure to re-apply every two to three hours, especially if you’re outdoors.
